Sam came to the shelter during the worst snow storm this year. A good samaritan found him. He was dragging a chain and upon closer inspection it was found that the chain had grown into his neck. The great vets at Mt. Nittany did surgery and removed the chain and neutered Sam. He is still recovering but now he would like to find his forever home.
